What the practice does

Five services, in the order an engagement moves through them. We assess, design, build and deliver bespoke AI solutions for SMEs, and we stay until your team runs the system well.

Discovery & AI Assessment

Before anything is drawn, we study the operation as it actually runs. We sit with your workflows, look at the data you hold and the tools your team already uses, and identify where AI genuinely helps and, just as plainly, where it doesn't.

You receive a feasibility and readiness picture you can act on: which processes are candidates, what your data supports today, and what would need to change first.

Roadmap & Scoping

A prioritised delivery plan sized to your operation: what we build first, what to defer, and what to leave alone. Where an off-the-shelf tool honestly beats a bespoke build, we say so. Every stage is costed and scoped before anything is committed.

Solution Design & Build

The artifact itself. We design the bespoke AI system around your existing tools: automation that removes manual steps, retrieval that searches across your own documents, and agent workflows that carry out multi-step tasks rather than only answering questions. Then we build it, working software wired to your data, with evaluation criteria agreed up front so acceptance is measurable, not a feeling.

Delivery & Integration

We deliver the system into production: integrated with the tools your team already uses, evaluated against the acceptance criteria on the drawing, and iterated until it earns its place in daily work. If your own team or vendors build alongside us, we guide that work against the same drawing.

Enablement & Support

A system is only finished when the team can run it. We train your people, set out plain usage guidelines, and build data-handling awareness with PDPA-conscious framing, written for daily use, not for a shelf. After handover, we stay reachable.

A small practice, by design

Artifact AI LLP is a Singapore-registered Limited Liability Partnership with its registered office at Paya Lebar Square. The practice designs, builds and delivers bespoke AI solutions for SMEs, and is deliberately small: a limited number of engagements at a time, each studied, drafted and delivered with the founder at the table. We would rather be small and exact than large and general.
